The Colorado Nurses Association recently achieved some significant legislative victories. A combination of grassroots support and thorough education was at the centerpiece of the organization's efforts. The video below was one tool the CNA used to educate lawmakers.

Susan Hagedorn, NP, wrote, directed and produced the video with Vicki Erickson, NP.

Susan and Vicki,
Very, very well done.
Thank you!

A very well done video. Thank you for putting you efforts into the very difficult task of educating the public about our profession and barriers that prevent advancing the health care for, not only Colorado, but all Americans everywhere.

Thank you Colorado for offering your assistance and sharing your expertise with NP's from other states. We in Texas continue the struggle to be allowed to diagnose and treat without delegation by physicians. We look to the day when NP's and MD's can work collaboration rather than delegation. You in Colorado make us proud of our Profession!
