I started my clinic with a home equity line of credit of $50000 and a loan fo $25000 for computers and software. I bill E/M codes for vists and I am reimbursed by 95% of third party insurance in my state. I do have some cash pay patients as well.

I am currently serving as a consultant to a non medical home care agency. Diabetes is a major problem. I just wanted to comment that this was an excellent presentation. I am curious about the financing. Did you have to personally finance this clinic? And, how to you bill for services?
